Façades, gates, railings, staircases and architectural elements laser cut to spec
Baud Laser supports architects, metalworkers and construction companies across Brittany and western France with laser cutting of metal parts for the building sector. On our AMADA 4000W fibre laser (sheet sizes up to 3000 x 1500 mm), we produce decorative railings, perforated façades and screens, custom gates, metal staircase treads and stringers, plus architectural cladding and panelling.
Construction work calls for a wide range of materials: we cut galvanised steel up to 4 mm for corrosion-protected outdoor work, 304L and 316L stainless steel up to 20 mm for railings and visible hardware, 5754 aluminium up to 15 mm for lightweight powder-coated façades and cladding, and S235JR steel up to 20 mm for structural plates and load-bearing parts. Chequer plate and checker-pattern aluminium round out the range for treads, platforms and technical flooring.
Laser cutting delivers fine, repeated perforated patterns on screens and privacy panels, precise holes and slots for bolted assembly, and clean edges that reduce deburring before powder coating or galvanising. We handle one-off prototypes and to-spec parts as readily as small and large production runs of standardised items such as posts, brackets and backing plates.
From your DXF, DWG or PDF files, or a simple dimensioned sketch, we cut compliant parts ready to bend, weld and install on site. Free quote and advice on material and thickness selection.
