Our AMADA 4000W fibre laser cuts sheets up to 3000 x 1500 mm with ±0.1 mm accuracy, across a wide thickness range: S235, S355 and high-strength steel up to 20 mm, 304 and 316L stainless steel up to 12 mm, and aluminium up to 10 mm. We handle everything from a one-off replacement part to repeatable medium-volume runs.
Our day-to-day work includes mounting plates, brackets, reinforcements and spacers, welded sub-assemblies, flanges, gussets and sheet metal cut to spec. Rapid prototyping is one of our strengths: we validate a part, fine-tune the dimensions, then launch the production run on the same machine, ensuring dimensional consistency between prototype and series. The repeatability of the fibre laser delivers consistent edge quality and reduces deburring rework.
