Decoration & Furniture
Design furniture, signage, lighting and decorative metal objects
Baud Laser works with designers, interior designers, fit-out specialists and craftspeople to produce decorative metal parts, from one-off prototypes to small and large production runs. Our AMADA 4000W fibre laser cuts intricate openwork patterns, room dividers and decorative panels with clean, accurate cutting, on sheets up to 3000 x 1500 mm.
We handle the materials favoured in decoration: S235JR steel up to 20 mm for furniture frames and bases, brushed 304L and 316L stainless steel up to 20 mm for signage and worktops, brass and copper up to 8 mm on request for lighting and art objects, and 5754 aluminium up to 15 mm for lightweight panels. Chequer plate and checker-pattern aluminium add the textured finishes sought after in fit-out projects. The clean edges and smooth finish of laser cutting reduce deburring work and make brushing, patina and powder-coating easier.
Tables, consoles, headboards, room dividers, illuminated signs, openwork lampshades, house numbers, wall art: every piece is cut from your vector files or drawings, with a result faithful to the original design. Rapid prototyping lets you validate a pattern or shape before launch, then reproduce the run identically thanks to the machine's repeatability.
Based in the Kermestre business park in Baud (Morbihan), we serve all of Brittany and western France with a free quote and short lead times.

Which materials and thicknesses suit decorative parts?
Baud Laser cuts S235JR steel up to 20 mm, brushed 304L and 316L stainless steel up to 20 mm, brass and copper up to 8 mm on request, and 5754 aluminium up to 15 mm. These materials cover most needs for furniture, signage, lighting and decorative objects.
Can you produce intricate openwork patterns for room dividers or panels?
Yes. The AMADA 4000W fibre laser cuts fine, repeating openwork patterns with clean, accurate cutting, on sheets up to 3000 x 1500 mm. Room dividers, screens and decorative panels are produced directly from your vector files.
Do you make one-off pieces or only production runs?
Both. Baud Laser offers rapid prototyping to validate a unique decorative piece, then small or large production runs with identical reproduction guaranteed by the machine's repeatability.
Do you work from a designer's drawing or technical plan?
Yes, we cut to spec and from your vector files, in DXF, DWG or PDF format. Designers, interior designers and craftspeople send us their drawings, which we reproduce faithfully. The quote is free and we serve all of Brittany and western France.
