Marine & Boating
Marine parts, deck hardware, brackets and deck components
Based in Baud, in the heart of Morbihan and close to the Lorient and Vannes shipyards, we support boating and marine businesses with precision laser cutting. Our AMADA 4000W fibre laser handles formats up to 3000 x 1500 mm with clean, accurate cutting, ideal for demanding marine parts.
Stainless steel 316L, up to 20 mm thick, remains the reference material for its resistance to salt corrosion: deck hardware, fairleads, chainplates, winch bases, deck brackets and hull reinforcements. Marine-grade 5754 aluminium, cut up to 15 mm, lightens fit-out components, coamings and deck hatches, while copper and brass, up to 8 mm on request, suit decorative parts and through-hull fittings.
Laser cutting delivers clean, burr-free edges that reduce rework and ease downstream polishing, bending and welding. Our Weber deburring machine additionally handles the deburring of stainless steel and aluminium, so parts arrive ready to finish. We handle both rapid prototyping of a single part for a shipyard and small or large production runs for equipment and accessory manufacturers. Working from your drawings (DXF, DWG, PDF) or from a simple sketch, we adapt each part to the constraints of the marine environment.
With over 10 years of experience, we serve the whole of western France: Morbihan, Finistère, Côtes-d'Armor, Ille-et-Vilaine and Loire-Atlantique. Free quote.
