Precision Engineering
Precision parts, gears, cams and technical components
Precision engineering demands clean, repeatable cuts that stay true to the drawing — exactly what our AMADA 4000W fibre laser delivers, across a 3000 x 1500 mm working area. We cut the sector's technical components — gears, cams, tooling parts, shims and spacers, mounting plates, spare parts — directly from your DXF, DWG or PDF files.
The most requested materials are S235JR steel up to 20 mm, 304L and 316L stainless steel up to 20 mm, 5754 aluminium up to 15 mm, and Hardox for parts subject to wear and high stress.
Fibre technology produces clean edges, minimal burr and accurate holes, which reduces downstream re-machining and makes assembly easier. Our Weber deburring machine additionally handles the deburring of stainless steel and aluminium. Dimensional repeatability is guaranteed from one part to the next — an essential condition for components intended for series assembly or interchangeability. We handle everything from a single prototype — to validate a geometry before launch — to small and large production runs, with consistent quality across the whole batch.
Based in Z.A. Kermestre in Baud (Morbihan), we support design offices, machining workshops and industrial subcontractors across Brittany and western France, with a free quote and reliable lead times for your technical parts made to spec.

Frequently asked questions
Precision Engineering
What cut quality can you guarantee on precision-engineered parts?
Our AMADA 4000W fibre laser delivers clean, accurate cutting and ensures dimensional repeatability from one part to the next, suitable for gears, cams, mounting plates and technical components intended for series assembly or interchangeability.
Which materials and thicknesses do you handle for technical components?
We cut S235JR steel up to 20 mm, 304L and 316L stainless steel up to 20 mm, 5754 aluminium up to 15 mm and Hardox for tooling parts subject to wear. The maximum working area is 3000 x 1500 mm.
Can you produce prototypes before launching a production run?
Yes. We offer rapid one-off prototyping to validate a geometry, then small and large production runs with consistent quality across the whole batch. The quote is free and produced from your DXF, DWG or PDF files.
Do I need to provide a drawing to have a technical part cut?
We cut directly from your DXF, DWG or PDF files. If you only have a sample or a sketch, contact us on +33 2 97 25 41 17 or at [email protected]: our team based in Baud (Morbihan) will help you define the part.
